Mark A. Craig, ASA, CSA
Consulting the banking / leasing industry with regard to material handling / mining infrastructure and equipment. Formerly a manager of mines with 24 years of experience: seven years as a Vice President or General Manager with multiple mine responsibility and seven years as a Mine Manager. Experience encompasses all operational techniques as well as purchasing, marketing, engineering and personnel disciplines. Mr. Craig is an Accredited Senior Appraiser designated and certified by the American Society of Appraisers, and a Certified Senior Appraiser designated and certified by the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America. The American Society of Appraisers and the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America both have mandatory reaccreditation programs for all of their senior members. Mr. Craig is in full compliance with the requirements of those programs. Mr. Craig annually participates in valuations covering a wide variety of equipment categories with a total value in excess of $1 billion. Since 1993 Mr. Craig has made numerous presentations to banking and leasing associations regarding heavy machinery and equipment, energy and mining topics.
Joseph Swerbinsky Jr., P.E.
Twenty-two years of mining industry experience in various engineering and management positions. Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia. Experienced in project management, mine planning, reserve calculations, and evaluation and estimating of capital projects. Mr. Swerbinsky is currently a candidate for Senior Designation and Certification by the American Society of Appraisers, having completed all educational requirements of that program. Mr. Swerbinsky has successfully earned degrees in Mining Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Frostburg State University.
Dennis Basnett
Thirty-two years of mining industry experience in various administrative, engineering, maintenance and production management positions. Experienced in project management, mine planning, reserve calculations, and evaluation and estimating of capital projects. Mr. Basnett has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University, is a Certified Mine Foreman in Utah, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Electrician for surface and underground mines in Utah, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
William A. Anderson, P.E.
Twenty-nine years of diverse engineering and production experience in the mining industry and mobile equipment manufacturing. Registered Professional Engineer in West Virginia and Colorado. Certified Mine Foreman in West Virginia and Colorado. Former mining positions include Chief Engineer, General Mine Foreman, Longwall Coordinator and Mine Superintendent. Equipment manufacturing positions include Project Engineer, Product Manager and Manager of Engineering. Mr. Anderson has successfully earned degrees in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla.
David R. Minke
Thirteen years of integrated engineering and maintenance experience in the copper mining industry. Managerial positions have included Senior Mining Engineer and Mine Maintenance Manager. Mr. Minke has successfully earned degrees in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines with a BS in Engineering with a Mechanical major specialty and Physical Metallurgy minor.
